be forewarned - this takes a while to make -- all day plus it makes the home smell wonderful.

Servings: about a gallon
Time: 8 hours

Directions

  1. Bring 6-8 quarts of water to boil
  2. Add all ingredients and let simmer, covered 6-8 hours - stir occassionally
  3. By this time about 1/3 - 1/2 of water has boiled off
  4. Strain the tea out leaving about a gallon (4 quarts)
  5. Serve with soy milk
